- Charges start on the day of arrival.
- If your pet is picked up at 9:00am there is no charge for that day.
-If your pet is picked up at 4:00pm the daily charge applies.
-There is a 2 day minimum charge.
​-From July 5th 2024, PetParks will be taking bookings till March 1st 2025.
Following this date bookings will be taken 3months in advance.

Please note the below information for bookings between the 18th December 2024-18th January 2025:

• Over this period there is a 7day minimum charge.
• There is a $10 per day, per pet, non-refundable deposit to confirm a space.
• The full payment of the stay is due on the 30th of November, once payment is made it is non-refundable.
• If you cancel after the 30th of November, you are liable for the full cost of the booked stay.
• Pets must have done at least a 2 night trial stay before you are able to book for this period. Spaces can not be held awaiting trial stays.
