- Charges start on the day of arrival.
- If your pet is picked up at 9:00am there is no charge for that day.
-If your pet is picked up at 4:00pm the daily charge applies.
-There is a 2 day minimum charge.
​-We are currently taking bookings 6months in advance.
-Our next price increase will be May 1st 2026.

Please note the below information for bookings between the 18th December 2026-18th January 2027:​

• Over this period there is a 7day minimum charge.
• There is a $10 per day, per pet, non-refundable deposit to confirm a space.
• The full payment of the stay is due on the 30th of November, once payment is made it is non-refundable.
• If you cancel after the 30th of November, you are liable for the full cost of the booked stay.
• Pets must have done at least a 2 night trial stay before you are able to book for this period. Spaces can not be held awaiting trial stays.
• We will start taking bookings for this period July 1st 2026.
